During the two weeks before December 15 we extend weekday hours to 10pm ET, because that is when the queue is longest and a stalled application does the most damage.

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Emergency care is covered as in-network under federal law regardless of which plan you hold, or whether you hold one at all. Sort the billing out afterwards. We can help with that part.
